POSITION: Controller

GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The Controller’s primary responsibility is to control and manage the
accounting and administration functions of the Kituwah Global Government Group (KG3) and to
ensure the timely generation of complete and accurate accounting information that can be used
by management in making daily business decisions. The Controller must ensure that controls are
in place to safeguard Company assets and that reporting is accurate and timely.
