Low Voltage Cable Technician III

A Low Voltage Cable Technician installs, tests, and maintains low-power systems like security, fire alarms, data networks (Cat5/6, Fiber), and AV/home theaters, reading blueprints, cable pulling, termination, troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring code compliance, often working in residential, commercial, or data center settings. Configure devices, provide customer training, and follow safety protocols (OSHA) while working with specialized low-voltage (<50V) wiring

• 5+ years commercial and/or industrial low voltage experience

• 2+ years supervisory experience

• Current BICSI, NICET, ESA & OSHA Certifications or the ability to successfully pass these are highly desired.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives that expand the Company’s customer base, increase revenue, and strengthen market presence. This role identifies, pursues, and captures new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.

For organizations operating in the government contracting sector, the Business Development Director leads the identification, qualification, and pursuit of federal, state, local, commercial, and tribal opportunities. The position works closely with executive leadership, capture managers, proposal teams, contracts, and operations to develop winning growth strategies and achieve long-term business objectives.

Proposal Director

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:   The Proposal Director is responsible for leading the organization’s proposal development function for federal, state, local, and commercial government contracting opportunities. This position oversees the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, ensuring the timely development of compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals that align with customer requirements and the Company’s strategic growth objectives.

The Director will collaborate with executive leadership, business development, capture managers, pricing, contracts, subject matter experts, and operations personnel to develop winning proposal strategies while ensuring compliance with all solicitation requirements, including FAR, DFARS, agency-specific instructions, and applicable regulations.

General Functions:  The General Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Company’s commercial technology, security, and electrical divisions. This executive-level position is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring project profitability, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, and leading the growth of technology solutions across commercial and government sectors.  The General Manager oversees all aspects of security system integration, commercial electrical services, low-voltage systems, structured cabling, audiovisual solutions, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm coordination, and emerging technologies. The position works closely with business development, estimating, project management, field operations, and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
